The side lights, main beam, indicactors and fogs all ok, i have looked at some other posts on here and already checked fuses, got replacements ( albeit used) switch and relay No 9

I turned the headlights on my 2005 Honda Civic EP3 Type R to drive home the other evening and both bulbs went out after about half a second on dipped beam.
